Our 90-minute Pelvic Floor Basics Workshop is a movement-based class designed to help women understand and retrain their pelvic floor. Led by a specialized Doctor of Physical Therapy, this workshop pairs pelvic floor education with gentle exercise in a supportive, yoga-style format. Whether you’re newly postpartum, years into motherhood, or simply looking to improve pelvic floor function, this workshop will equip you with the knowledge and tools to feel stronger and more confident in your body.

In this workshop, you’ll receive hands-on assessments followed by personalized guidance, exercises, and cues based on your body’s specific needs. You’ll learn how to fight incontinence (leaking), prolapse (organs falling out of place), diastasis recti (abdominal separation), and how to exercise safely. You will learn and practice functional movement strategies that will help you avoid these frustrating issues now and 20-30 years from now!
