Refund Policy

Refunds will be provided in the form of an e-gift certificate that can be used toward the future use of any Baby Scene Ultrasound Service, Massage, Boutique item(s) or Yoga Class.

Cancellation/Late Policy

Ultrasound & Massage Services: We ask that if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so by phone within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel or reschedule in advance of your appointment will result in being charged a $25 “No-Show” fee, or forfeiture of deposit.

Classes: We ask that if you must cancel or reschedule your class, please do so by phone or online within 24 hours of your scheduled class. No refunds if late, fail to cancel or reschedule in advance of your scheduled class. Classes begin and end on scheduled time. Late attendees please call the studio, and will possibly not be admitted and will not receive a refund or credit.
